Venky's to own Blackburn Rovers

Venky's to own Blackburn Rovers: "The shares of Venky's India Ltd., is currently trading at Rs. 940 down Rs. 0.10 or 0.01% over the previous close.
Anuradha Desai, Venkys chairperson was quoted as saying that Venky's is the first Indian company to acquire a Premier League.
Blackburn Rovers’ Chairman John Williams further added that a series of meetings, including discussions with the Premier League, have followed an extensive due diligence process."
