Top 20 Well-Being City List
"Districts from Orissa, Bihar and Jharkhand figured prominently in the bottom 20 of the well-being index, reflecting poor quality of life in the region. Seven districts of Orissa, six of Bihar and two of Jharkhand were in the bottom 20 list."
