Buses that never hit Bihar road
"Thanks to the lethargic style of functioning of the Bihar government the Centre has recently withdrawn the financial assistance it had extended to tone up the urban transport system in Patna and Gaya-Bodh Gaya, the two cities selected under the Jawaharlal Urban Renewal Mission, for this purpose."
